Brian Cleveland, RA, AIA, LEED AP

Brian has over two decades of experience in the design and construction of various residential, commercial and community projects. His early career was spent at Buchanan Architects where he practiced for 17 years. Brian also worked for Silver Petrucelli & Associates. in 2022 Brian opened Brian Cleveland Architects with an expertise in multi-million dollar, multi-family housing projects.

Brian oversees all aspects of the design process leading his team of three full-time employees. He has a passion for sustainable design, adaptive reuse, and modular/factor-built construction techniques which are evident within his projects.

He is a registered Architect in the state of Connecticut, a LEED Accredited Profession and CT Passive House certified. He holds a Bachelor of Architectural Engineering Technology from Wentworth Institute of Technology. Brian is also the Cub Scout Cub Master for Pack 922.
