BCA was selected to complete the design and to assist in seeking land use approvals for two flats and 9 townhouse style units, Land use approvals required rezoning the property to a Special Design District, Special Permit application and Site Plan application.  The project also required Design Advisory Board approval.  One of the units is design to meet ADA accessibility standards and one other unit shall be designated as affordable.  Land Use approval of the project was unanimous and the project is expected to start construction in Fall of 2024.
