Crestwood Housing Co-op

A Capital Needs Assessment was conducted for the 19 unit Affordable Cooperative Housing Complex. The assessment identified areas of concern including roofing, siding, windows, entry doors, patios, garage doors, exterior lighting, paving, handicap accessibility, and mechanical systems and provided an estimate for their repair or replacement. BCA was then retained to develop the design documents for the repairs and to assist in completing funding applications through CHFA and grant funding through EnergizeCT.
