Renovation of an affordable elderly and disabled housing site consisting of 164 one-bedroom apartments. Due to the age of the building, no ADA compliant apartments existed.  Renovation include conversion of 17 apartments to be ADA compliant. Remainder of the apartments received new kitchen cabinets and appliances along with renovated bathrooms and window replacement. The common areas of the building will be improved with new finishes throughout, a new mail area, laundry room, and community room improvements.
